My Candle or Wax Melt has a white, chalky coating?

Frosting is a byproduct of a natural wax, and is caused by the growth of tiny crystals on the surfaces of the wax. All soy wax will frost over time, but luckily frosting is solely an aesthetic issue and does not affect the way your candle burns or smells.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All domestic orders should arrive within two weeks. Due to the current pandemic, lettermail with Post Canada is delayed. Sometimes significantly. 

What are your products made with?

All of our products are made with 100% Soy wax. Soy wax is a vegan and renewal resource, as opposed to paraffin, which is a product derived from petroleum.

I ordered a large order, why did I receive multiple packages?

Our wax melts are pretty long and wide. It can happen occasionally that we separate large orders in multiple packages. The same is said that we separate bars in half and fold to fit in our smaller packages. This is to ensure that we offer the best prices possible. By lowering shipping cost, we are able to lower prices.
