Decorated, affordable & smells amazing.
Making candles is a process that requires consistency. Material-wise it is a simple process : fragrance, colour, jar, wick & wax. However, it takes practice and a good amount of trial & error before nailing down the recipe.
Temperature management, quality of wax and subsequent cooling all sound simple, but it's essential to creating a candle that has a smooth top, burns equally, and has an adequate heat throw. Not to mention that heat must also be managed to guarantee the safety of the candle.
Some candle-makers put crystals, stones and flowers in their candles - while this can appear beautiful, it is not safe. The only combustible ingredient in a candle should be the wick. Anything else can cause explosions, unusual temperatures in jar and in the case of flowers, cause sparks, which puts your home at risk.
We at Cold Beach are proud to say that our manufacturing process is followed religiously and we never put ingredients that have not been thoroughly tested by us, and the relevant experts. Our jars are heat-tested by the manufacturer, our wax is sustainably produced in North America, and our fragrance is accredited by IFRA (International Fragrance Association) to guarantee safety, non-toxicity.
Once our candles are poured, we inspect each one. Wax occasionally spills, so we clean them before packaging.
