Due to the nature of wax melts, if your order arrives cracked or separated, this reason will not be accepted as you can simply put the broken pieces in your wax melter and it does not affect quality or scent throw in any way.
Breakage of a candle is an unfortunate, occasional occurrence that is out of our control. Each candle is wrapped with bubble wrap to give it the best chance of survival. If this occurs on an order, we will do everything in our power to remediate the situation. Please contact us at email@example.com.
We cannot accept refunds if your item has been successfully delivered, nor will we accept refunds for items that were sent to the wrong address with information supplied by the customer. For example, if a customer gives us an old or outdated address, we will not issue a refund nor a replacement.
We accept returns, under very specific conditions. It is up to the buyer to pay for return shipping. The candles must be completely unused, in perfect cosmetic condition and in one piece. It is the buyer's responsibility to add adequate packaging when returning the candles because any returned candles that arrive broken will not be refunded nor replaced.
Only once the merchandise is returned to us will the refund be processed, minus the costs of shipping we incurred shipping to product initially. We cannot refund shipping costs as they are not our fees. This goes for orders that come with free shipping as we paid for it.
Once the order is placed, we do not accept changes nor cancellations.
